Order Processing

 

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email.

Once your order has been fulfilled by our supplier, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.


Because we work with trusted global suppliers, items in the same order may ship separately.

You can check delivery progress through our tracking page or via the courier’s website.

Shipping Fees

 

We offer free standard shipping on most orders unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Expedited or insured shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

 


 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

 

Whiskeroo is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may be applied to your order by local authorities.

All applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 


 

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

 

If your package is delayed or lost in transit, contact us at whiskeroo@timalo.online within 45 business days of your order date.

We will investigate with our supplier and issue a replacement or refund if confirmed lost.


Whiskeroo is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

 


 

Wrong Address or Undeliverable Orders

 

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We cannot reroute or refund orders that were sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
